When you go to any paintball event you will be first kitted out with the appropriate Protective Equipment, such as anti mist goggles and camouflage overalls.

Rules of Paintball
Paintball is a game that usually consists of two opposing teams that are trying to seek out and eliminate one another from play using special air powered semi-automatic markers or paintguns, which fire paintballs.
Paint balls are spherical gelatin capsules containing primarily polyethylene glycol, other non-toxic and water-soluble substances, and dye. A successful shot will leave a stain on your opponent and eliminate them from that game.
Paintball marshalls are there to explain the objectives and rules of each and every game, then its all down to you and your team mates to form a battle plan and try to outwit your opponents and win the paint ball game.
At the end of each paintball game the winning team is awarded points and at the end of the day the team with the most points is named the winners.
